What's included in the pricing — and what's not?
Every service price includes the prep, the set, and the finishing work — design add-ons (chrome, elaborate art, gems) are quoted on top. The $25 booking deposit is applied to your final total on the day, so you never pay for the booking twice.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Most appointment slots fill 1–2 weeks ahead, with prime weekend evenings going fastest. Same-week openings do appear when clients reschedule — email us to be added to our short-notice list.
Membership vs. one-off purchase — which makes sense?
If you book four or more appointments a year, the membership pays for itself: priority booking, member-only rates, and a free removal-and-redo when you want a fresh shape. One-off booking is the right fit if your appointments are seasonal or event-driven.
How long do I keep access to a course after I buy it?
Lifetime access, including all future module updates at no extra cost. Watch on the web or download lessons for offline viewing through your account dashboard.
Do you offer group bookings?
Yes — small groups (friends' night, bachelorette, brand experiences) can book a private studio block with custom designs and a shared playlist. Send us the date, headcount, and design vibe via the contact form and we'll send a custom quote within one business day.
